I love all things nitro; chances are if a brewery or tap house has something on nitro, I at least have to give it a try. So, without getting overly excited, I’m pumped to announce that Sumerian Brewing will be releasing a Nitro Pale Ale. If any of you have been to Sumerian (& if you haven’t, hurry up and get in there), their beers are downright tasty and wildly successful. After only being open for one year and two months, this brewery is on a fast track to beer domination; seriously, Tyson (the head brewer) is doing some awesome things.
Anyway, this Pale is hop forward with Simcoe and Cascade hops, very traditional with the NW hops & has the subtle body of NW malts as well. This brew is going to be 5.5% ABV and 36 IBUs. Being summer and the perfect time for something light, the nitro porter will be taking some time off from the brewery to give more summer vibes with the new nitro!! Aside from the new nitro, Sumerian will also be releasing their Insanity IPA, which will be a triple. Headed to the 11th Annual Brewers Fest at Marymoor? Be one of the first to get your tastebuds on this triple!!
In March, Sumerian started to bottle their three staples: Narcissism IPA, Eruption IPA & the Lucidity Pilsner. This summer they will be releasing their Saragon IPA, which is the India Session Ale, for a limited summer edition! So keep your eyes peeled in stores and bottle shops for this brew & make sure to stop by the brewery to taste some new releases coming this month!! Cheers Xx
